Welcome to a very busy year!
Here is a glimpse of how the class is organized and some of what we will be covering.
I believe in making learning as active and interesting as possible. Students are expected to take a role in their learning by sharing their thinking, asking questions, looking for answers, listening to their peers and teachers, and participating in all projects. We will learn through many modes this year balancing between individual, pair, and small group work times and large group discussions. Students will have many opportunities to guide the direction their learning takes by asking questions, sharing resources, and through inquiry/research projects. Many opportunities will be given to use the arts to learn and communicate.
